About Me (old)

My process isn’t one-size-fits-all—I’ll make sure you have the best possible home-buying experience for you. I’ve built my career on my ability to listen to my clients, put myself in their shoes, and then stop at nothing to ensure they have a great experience that ends with their getting what they want.

I’m fluent in the language of the modern real estate market: data. My toolset includes not only my own experience, but also 30+ online resources for researching properties, agent-exclusive search tools and data sources, and a network of experts on speed dial.  It’s not uncommon for my buyers to know more about a home’s history than the listing agent when we write up an offer—that’s what I strive for every time.

I know Seattle. Over the course of four years working in the Mayor’s Office, I got to know people and communities from Lake City to Rainier Beach. I’ve kept my finger on the pulse of the city ever since, and once a week I send out a quick email newsletter called Sol’s Civic Minute that keeps you up to date on what’s going on in Seattle.

I thrive on competition. In a highly competitive real estate market like Seattle, no one closes a deal without fighting for it. My clients choose me because they trust me to be able to deliver…and it’s my ability to do exactly that’s kept me from ever having to look for business from outside my existing network.

Real estate is my passion. I love everything that being a real estate agent entails, from routine database maintenance to the thrill of a successful close, and that enthusiasm tends to rub off on anyone who works with me. I’d love to work with you; give me a call or shoot me an email so we can find a time to sit down and talk in person.
